staying fit while staying inside

We get it, staying inside is tough.  Motivating yourself to get off the couch in this mess is even harder.  Here are some easy to do at home fitness that the Fresh Science team does at home.  We hope you like them as much as we do.

50 Air squats
40 Sit-ups
30 Push-ups 
20 Burpees

minute 8-14
50 Air squats
40 Sit-ups 
30 Push-ups 
20 Burpees

Minute 14-18
50 Air squats
40 Sit-ups
30 Push-ups
20 Burpees

If you look at this and think "too much! you guys are crazy!" just 1/2 the numbers.  the important part is to move through it!  and after you done working up that sweat make sure to spray down your gear with some FS
