We get it, staying inside is tough. Motivating yourself to get off the couch in this pandemic driven mess is even harder!

Here's an easy "At Home Fitness" routine that we at Fresh Science have found to be super helpful during this pandemic. We hope you like them as much as we do 🏋️ 🙏

Minutes 0-8

  • 50 Air squats
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 30 Push-ups 
  • 20 Burpees

Minutes 8-14

  • 50 Air squats
  • 40 Sit-ups 
  • 30 Push-ups 
  • 20 Burpees

Minutes 14-18

  • 50 Air squats
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 20 Burpees

 
If you look at this and think "That's too much! You guys are crazy 🤯" Just halve the numbers.

The important part is just to get started and begin developing a routine!
